Extraction and
PCR setup
Omnia performs fully automated extraction of DNA and RNA from different samples, through magnetic beads with suitable commercial kits or through pre-filled plates, providing high yield and purity. Omnia also runs automated setup of PCR, real-time PCR, and reverse transcription, at controlled temperatures too.
Next-generation
sequencing
Omnia performs library preparation for NGS with great precision. It can be used for preparing and quickly dispensing reaction mixes as well as for purification of pooled PCR amplicon libraries in walk-away mode. It generates libraries of the highest quality for sequencing.
